Our History: Milestones of Innovation

  • 1983 – The Beginning (HGS): At a time when IT was still uncharted territory, we were already relying on the enduring stability of UNIX systems and relational data logic.
  • The Neutra merger: Through the merger with Neutra into what was then SyncLine GmbH, we delivered the first state-approved digital deed register for German notaries – proof that we have always understood regulatory hurdles as technological opportunities.
  • Late 1980s – Technological foresight: Even at that time, we were already processing CAD geometry data automatically for manufacturing centers and had acquired the rights to control systems used by more than 75,000 dental practices across North America.
  • Early 1990s – Logic & industrial DNA: We set new standards in two core areas:
    • Merchandise management & trade: Development of what is likely our unique standard discount matrix with more than 70 different discount types.
    • Manufacturing: Introduction of highly sophisticated network planning technology and the formula-based bill-of-materials processor for controlling demanding production processes.
  • Today: apintra plc continues this legacy as a technical realizer and is preparing the path for the next generation of regulatory infrastructure.
